Wrap in muslin and allow to steep in your bath water while you bathe or infuse in a spray bottle and spritz over your perineum throughout your fourth trimester. The oils, herbs and oats help to reduce inflammation, avoid infection and encourage healing.
 
Use approx 10g per bath or infuse in 100ml water for a spritz
