Expecting Couple

As your Doula, I will ensure that you are supported, looked after and fully informed as you prepare to give birth.  I want you to feel cared for and safe but also fully equipped to head into your birth with your eyes open and hand held.

If you're interested in any of my packages or sessions, please get in touch and we can organise an in-person (or phone/zoom if you'd prefer) meeting to talk about what will work best for you and find the package that you will most benefit from. This is a a free meeting, about 30-45 minutes, with no obligation to book anything further.

You can pick and choose the pieces that you want or opt for full packages. My role is to support you physically and emotionally. That might be fewer ante-natal and more post-natal, or vice versa. It might change as we go along, waiting to see how things unfold.

You can see some set packages below but I am always happy to tailor something to you individually
